We do not collect any personal information about the users of our apps. You may be prompted to enter your name in our app for us to deliver a more personalized experience, however we do not transmit or collect this information.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the information.
Our apps don’t use or collect a user’s precise geographic location.
We do collect anonymous usage information about our apps to help us improve our services and applications. Some anonymous usage information is collected outside of our Apple Apps as a result of using the Apple Affiliate links as well.
Links Within Apps
Some apps may have external links such as to our website or to the App Store you purchased from to allow you to find out more about our company, our products and services. These links are only available on the title screen (which can be removed and require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps) and/or in the “Parents”/”About” sections (which require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps).
Some of our free apps may contain in-app purchases. Apps with In-App purchases are stated in the description.
Some 3rd party advertising may be used in our apps. The ads displayed are reviewed before hand to ensure only kid safe content is being displayed to children.
We may from time to time promote our other products or services within our apps. We may also promote fellow developers’ apps that we have worked collaboratively with. When doing this with links, we try to ensure safeguards against children clicking these links by placing them in a parents section or requiring a 3 second hold.
Our apps may contain “Feedback”, “Tell a friend”, “Rate now” and/or “Gift now” buttons.
These Buttons are found on a contained, parent targeted screen separate from game play screens.
Our apps have been designed with the guidelines of the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in mind, as expressed in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection rule (COPPA) and strive to meet all duties and obligations under the rule of law. The rule requires operators of online services, including interactive mobile apps, to provide notice and get parental consent prior to collecting information from children under 13. The Federal Trade Commission works for consumers to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices and to provide information to help spot, stop, and avoid them.
